Swimming with Lee-ann
On Thursday we had Lee-ann for swimming.We were doing drills we did freestyle,superman and diamond.I think that the diamond one was the hardest because of the arm part.The first step was when we kind of did freestyle.The next step was when our arms were all most in line with our hips.The third step was when our arms were in line with our hips.The last step was when our hands face the back of the pool.
